Erm...is there any way to be one of the columnists here? Or is it open to certain people only?

jerng: We had too much time on our hands and we made a separate blog. Well, we might actually do what you suggested.
lycaphim: Right now its open to certain people we've approached. But please do write to us at phasesonline@gmail.com, if you're interested to write for our web site. New writers are always welcomed here.
